Indian & Sikh Wedding Photographer in Toronto

Multi-day celebrations, photographed by a team that knows them by heart — and led by me on every day.

An Indian or Sikh wedding is never just one day. It is a week of colour, music, rituals and family — and every event carries its own meaning. I have spent three years photographing these celebrations across Toronto and the GTA: every ceremony, every tradition, from the quiet early-morning prayers to the last dance of the reception.

When you book me, you get a team sized to your celebration — and you get me at its head. I am your lead photographer on every day of your celebration. For a smaller day, that can be just me and one videographer; for a large multi-day celebration, a full crew works beside me — so while one of us is with the bride, another is with the groom, and while a ritual unfolds, it is covered from every angle. A multi-day wedding is never a one-person job, and yours will not be treated as one.

Ceremonies and events I photograph

  • Roka and engagement ceremonies
  • Haldi
  • Mehndi
  • Maiyan
  • Sangeet and Jaggo
  • Choora ceremony
  • Baraat
  • Anand Karaj at the gurdwara
  • Milni and Ardas
  • Hindu wedding ceremony
  • Doli and Vidaai
  • Reception

I know the rhythm of these days: the early start of an Anand Karaj morning, the energy of the Baraat, the scale of family photographs when both families come together. We work quietly and respectfully during prayers and rituals — present for every moment, invisible when the moment is sacred.

How multi-day coverage works

Every celebration is different, so coverage is built around your events: which days, how many hours, and what matters most to your families. Before the wedding, we go through your timeline together, event by event, and I build the photography plan around it — including the family groupings, so no one important is missed on any day.

What is available for multi-day celebrations:

  • A crew sized to your celebration: from one photographer and one videographer for a smaller day, up to three photographers and three videographers for the largest celebrations — and for the very grandest, even four photographers and videographers
  • Photo + video packages: a highlight film, a full film, and drone footage
  • An engagement session before the celebration
  • A dedicated content creator, so you have beautiful phone content the same day
  • Sneak peek photos within 48–72 hours of each main event
  • Your full edited gallery within two months

I have photographed Indian and Sikh weddings at venues across the GTA, including Ascott Parc in Vaughan, gurdwaras, banquet halls and private homes — wherever your family gathers, I know how to work with the light, the space and the pace of the day.

Frequently asked questions

Have you photographed a full multi-day Sikh wedding before?
Yes — for three years I photographed Indian and Sikh weddings intensively, including all pre-wedding events, the Anand Karaj, and receptions. This is one of the main kinds of celebrations I document.

Do you know the etiquette at the gurdwara?
Yes. I cover my head, follow the temple's customs, and photograph the ceremony and Ardas quietly, without interrupting prayers or rituals.

How many photos will we receive?
A full wedding day typically delivers 800+ hand-edited photographs. Across several days, your gallery grows with every event — every image is edited by hand, in the same style, so the whole celebration reads as one story.

Can you handle our family photographs? There are so many of us.
Absolutely — large family groupings are part of these weddings. We will plan the list together before the wedding, and on the day I organize the groups calmly and quickly, so nobody waits and nobody is missed.

Do you offer video as well?
Yes. My photo + video packages include a professional videography team, a highlight film, a full film of your celebration, and drone footage.

Do you travel outside Toronto?
Yes — I photograph weddings across the GTA and travel for celebrations elsewhere in Ontario and beyond. Travel is simply included in your quote once we know your venues.

How do we book?
Send me your dates through the contact form. We will talk through your events, I will build a quote around your days and hours, and your dates are secured with a signed contract and a deposit.
